# Generate QR Codes for Links, Text and Wi-Fi

A QR code makes a website, message or Wi-Fi network easier to share. Instead of typing a long address or reading out a password, someone can scan the code with their phone. It is useful for guest networks, printed instructions, product labels and links to your projects.

This QR code generator creates the code directly in your browser. There is no app to install and no image-generation service to send your content to. Website links are encoded directly, without a redirect through a QR service.

1. Choose **Website link**, **Text** or **Wi-Fi network**, then enter the details.
2. Check the preview. For Wi-Fi, match your router's setting: **WPA/WPA2 Personal**, **WPA2/WPA3 Personal**, **WPA3 Personal only** or **Open network**. Enable the hidden-network option if needed.
3. Download a **PNG** for everyday sharing or an **SVG** for printing and resizing.

Scan the finished code before printing or sharing it. WPA3-only codes require a compatible phone and QR reader. A Wi-Fi code contains the network password, so share it with the same care as the password itself. The tool does not upload or save your entered details.

Higher correction fits less content. A white border of four modules is always included. PNG downloads use whole pixels; SVG stays sharp at any size.
